1,902 victories and counting, Reason. Probably more than UAB & Marquette combined. And due to the short-term memory loss....UK did beat little brother this year....in Freedom Hall....

Oh, and NCAA Tournament victory #94 today.....and let's see that is.....oh, yeah, first on the all-time list.....

    <font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">You don't get it. We know the stats.

Those 1,902 victories and those 7 national champs are all tainted. All won by a program that does whatever it takes - no matter how wrong - to win.

Because that's the culture of a school.

The University of Kentucky is a winning basketball program with a mediocre state flagship school attached to it. Period.

Well, they both won today and will face each other on Saturday night at 8:10!

Didnt see all of the UK game, but the Bearcats looked impressive in their win over Iowa.

    Should be a great one.

    Go Bearcats!

And, whoever wins stands a tremendous shot at the Final Four...Oklahoma is crap, and so long as the refs aren't swayed by Duke's crybabies, they're crap, too. UC played unbelievable yesterday; to think all this time they had a 3-point sniper in Jason Maxiell and didn't even know it....but which UC team shows up- Iowa or South Florida?

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Shocked the hell out of me. I rarely bet, but I was willing to put money on a UC loss yesterday. I was that sure of them going down in flames.

The world makes no sense to me.

OH...UK would win that one hands down.

Maybe I'm getting older and realize that gloating just isn't what it used to be.

    Or....

Maybe I can appreciate things now that in the past I couldn't.

    Or....

Maybe Willie Cunningham is an ass....

Last night, I was listening to 700 and Seg was doing the wrap-up show. And for the most part, the calls were civil. The UK fans, on the whole, were respectful of how well UC played and considered themselves lucky to still be playing.

The UC fans seemed proud of the effort given by the Bearcats, and acknowledged that UK is a good team (I don't know if they're a great team, but very good nonetheless).

    And then came Willie....

And all he had to say was how UC has never beaten a higher seed in the tourney since Huggs came there, and how Xavier has done it half a dozen times or so.

And I like Xavier, they've got a solid program, but....last I checked, they didn't even make the NIT this year. And UC is a perennial NCAA tourney team, something XU is not.

It was a great game, it could have gone either way, UC just ran out of gas in the last few minutes. But Willie is officially on my list of people who, while I never wish harm on anyone, I do hope he develops an incurable rash on the back of his neck that always itches for the rest of his life, and he can put all the medicine he wants it won't stop it, and he'll just scratch it incessantly....

    <font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">I'm sorry.....OSU was a what seed again?????

UK beat UC. Wow! Who'd a thunk it? I said UK would be UC. However, UC who is just this side of total crap gave UK all they could handle. UK also got their asses whupped by Florida. You really think you'll see the final four? Or even the elite 8? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!

Congrats to UK. Don't get too comfy in Austin!!
